There is disabled access and amenities in Baloci Restaurant. However due to the historic nature of the site there is unfortunately no disabled access to Zoroaster or to our accommodation. Please speak to a member of our team when booking so we can organise your visit.
Although there is no formal dress code, we expect most guests to adhere to a smart casual attire. We do not allow sportswear, shorts or flipflops/sliders. Guests not adhering to this policy may be refused service.
We do have limited parking available at Baloci. Please speak to a member of our team when booking for access codes and information regarding parking. Alternatively there is a public carpark less than a 3 minute walk on Highfield road; this carpark is pay and display.
Baloci does have a vegetarian menu available to guests, please indicate on your booking how many guests require a vegetarian menu. Unfortunately due to limitations we are unable to provide a vegan menu.
Due to the nature of our menu, cuisine style and cooking methods we cannot always cater to allergies or food intolerances. If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please contact us directly before booking.
All of our meat is certified as Halal. Certificates from our suppliers are kept on site and are available upon request.
Baloci operates an over 16s policy for all experiences. Please ensure all in your party are aged over 16 years old at the time of your reservation.
Please note: we do not have a children’s menu, child-friendly facilities, nor are under 18s permitted access to Zoroaster bar at any time.
Yes. Our vouchers are only redeemable once and the entire value must be redeemed when you decide to use it.
Unfortunately we only allow guide dogs and special assistance dogs on site at Baloci. Certification for which will need to be shown to a member of our team. Please contact us directly when booking so we can ensure your experience is as seamless as possible.
Baloci operates a bookings only policy with a minimum 24hr notice period on bookings; this is so that we can plan, prep and execute service as smoothly as possible. We do not accept walk-in guests. Our bar is for booked guests and members only. For information on becoming a member please fill out the application form on Zoroaster website.
We do not take a reservation fee when you book. Our system holds card details securely in keeping with our no-show and late cancellation policies. If you no-show on your confirmed booking or cancel within 24hrs we reserve the right to charge the card on file £30pp.
We understand that booking times are sometimes hard to adhere to. In the event that you are late, we will hold the table for 15 minutes after your scheduled arrival time; after which you may be charged a no-show fee. If you are going to me more than 15 minutes late, please call us directly and we will be happy to hold your table without charge.
We do not charge for cancellations processed or communicated with ourselves over 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations processed within 24 hours of the booking time are subject to charges at the discretion of the management.
In order to maintain service standards we have limited our booking system to only accept groups of 1-4 guests. If you require a booking for more than 4 guests, please contact us directly. The largest group size we currently offer is 6 guests.
Guests are welcome to bring their own cake for a special celebration which will be presented to the table by a member of staff. Guests are not permitted to use their own cake to substitute any part of the dining experience. Baloci holds no responsibility for damage or loss of any outside products brought onto the site by guests, nor does it hold any responsibility for any adverse reactions as a consequence of consuming guest-provided products.
Yes. Corkage for both still and sparkling wines is set at £50 per bottle. Please mention when you make your reservation if you intend on bringing your own wine.
An average dinner booking for 8 course is approximately 3 hours, and for 6 course is approximately 2.5 hours from start to finish. Guests often opt to join us for drinks following their booking, so we recommend reserving a minimum of 3.5 hours for 8 course and 3 hours for 6 course.
